Quality of Health is Quality of Life

Aging is inevitable.
How you age isn't.

A Bio-Age platform that connects oral health to systemic longevity.
Saliva markers, blood work, fitness tests and Apple Watch data, in one number — and what is moving it.

Bio-Age, from the mouth outward

Our approach

How it works.

  1. Start with three routine values from your last blood test, photograph the report and let the app read it, or connect Apple Health for a preliminary estimate. About a minute either way.
  2. Add a saliva panel and the picture is complete. Without it the app tells you what is missing instead of guessing.
  3. Ask the Coach about your own numbers, then take the report to your doctor.

Praxiom Life is a new approach to preventive health, built at the intersection of oral aging, systemic wellness and biological-age assessment. Available on iOS.

What we mean by longevity

Not more years. More years you can use.

Healthy longevity, as the field now defines it, is measured in years of capacity: the time you stay strong enough for your family, your work and the people who depend on you. That is what Praxiom Life tracks. Not a single score to chase, but your own trajectory across the markers that describe ageing: how you function, what your blood and saliva show, what your wearable records.

The method is a loop. Measure. Understand what you see. Change something. Measure again. Repeated over years, that loop is the whole method, and the mouth is where we start, because it is the most accessible place in the body to read inflammation early.

Praxiom Life 2.0

Your Bio-Age in one number.

Praxiom Life translates lab reports, fitness tests, oral findings and Apple Watch data into a single score, and shows you which biomarkers, habits and oral signals are aging you faster.

Four domains, weighted, not averaged.

Oral health, systemic markers, cardiovascular recovery and fitness each feed a Personal Health Index. The Bio-Age is derived from it with a recalibrated Klemera–Doubal model. The oral domain is not a bonus: active MMP-8, a marker of gum inflammation, is weighted inside the oral score and also feeds the systemic score, because that inflammation does not stay in the mouth.

After four assessments the weights start to adapt to you, giving more influence to the markers that actually move in your body.

Your ranges, not the population’s.

A lab range tells you where you sit. Your first complete assessment becomes your personal baseline, and every later reading is compared to it. A value inside the “normal” band that is drifting the wrong way gets flagged. A value outside it that is improving counts as progress. The Lab Scanner uses the same personal ranges when it reads a new report.

The composite Praxiom Bio-Age score is in active development and has not yet been externally validated. We say so in the app, and the validation study is under way.

Understanding the number

Ask about your own numbers.

The Coach answers questions about the markers you track. It cites only from a research library that a clinician has reviewed, it names the study, and it says when the evidence is one cohort rather than a consensus. If it has no verified reference it tells you so and points you to your physician. Two questions a day are free; subscribers ask without limit.

The science is in the app.

Every threshold and recommendation links to its source in the in-app reference library. A monthly literature scan grades new studies on the markers the app uses. Nothing is added until it has been read and approved by hand. When new evidence concerns a marker you track, it shows up in your Research Digest.

The app generates a doctor-ready PDF: each marker graded against published thresholds, age-expected values next to your own, trends across assessments, wearable physiology, and the evidence behind each flag. It is written for a physician, so the conversation starts from data.

Lab reports

Point the camera at the report.

Lab scanning is built into Praxiom Life. Photograph a report, paper or screen, in any language, and the app reads the values, shows them to you for review, adds them to your profile and recalculates your Bio-Age. Nothing is stored on the way: the image goes to a stateless service, is read, and is gone.

Praxiom Lab Scanner, the lite version.

If you only want one report interpreted, without a Bio-Age or a history, use the standalone Praxiom Lab Scanner. It reads the report, explains each value against published ranges, and can export the values to Praxiom Life later if you decide to go further.
